My 7 Favorite Immune Boosters

So we’ve been quarantined for four months now? It feels like we’ve been quaritined for a year at this point! So during these crazy times, it’s very important that you keep building your immune system up. I wanted share some of my favorite herbs and vitamins that I use to keep my immune system strong especially during the “Corona Virus Pandemic.” These are all herbs and vitamins that you can easily find online or in store. Of course these are a must during the “corona virus pandemic” however, I’ve been taking these vitamins and herbs way before corona virus and I encourage you to do the same.

Sea Moss: So if you follow me on Instagram you know I’ve been drinking sea moss for months now. There are so many benefits to drinking sea moss but the best benefit is that it includes 92 minerals of the 102 minerals that the human body consists of. Elderberries: Elderberries are the fruit of the Sambucus tree. There packed with vitamins A,B,C, and potassium. They enhance the immune functions by boosting the production of cytokines, they help relieve nasal congestion, anti-inflammatory causing agents, and treat respiratory illness such as a cold and flu. Elderberries don’t taste terrible but I usually buy elderberry syrup and put it on my pancakes in the am. Get it here. You could also buy elderberry tea bags or gummies.

Black Seed Oil: Don’t get black seed oil unless your using it for your skin. Get the black seed oil tablets! Don’t take a table spoon of actual black seed oil it’s tastes disgusting. I take these tablets daily. Black seed oil helps reduce high blood pressure, high cholesterol, reducing stomach upset, etc. It can also help improve acne and hair softness.

Silver Bullet: The Silver Buller is basically a supplement that kills germs, bacteria and viruses without destroying friendly bacteria in the digestive tract. This is something that’s a must during the corona virus pandemic. It tastes like nothing and its so easy to use, I just spray it into my water daily.

Apple Cider Vinegar: I always have a shot of ACV with the mother right when I wake up. Sometimes I mix the ACV in my green tea. ACV has endless benefits, it can help reduce stomach bloat, help kill harmful bacteria, lower blood sugar levels and manage diabetes. Make sure you get the ACV with the MOTHER!

Turmeric: Turmeric helps boost your immune system, helps prevent cancer, and protects against liver damage. The reason I use turmeric is because it helps with digestion and bloating. I add turmeric to my tea or smoothies but you can always sprinkle turmeric seasoning in your food, etc.

Cayenne Pepper: One of my favorite spices. Cayenne pepper helps reduce hunger, lower blood pressure, aid digestive health, and reduce cancer risk. I like to sprinkle this into my morning tea. It adds a kick and it definitely helps with bloating and detoxing!
