I use the Blender Method. The Juicer Method is way faster but I don’t have a juicer. I happen to have a blender and a strainer (from all of the tea I drink) so using the Blender Method is just easier for me right now. I have the “How To Make Celery Juice” steps below and a “How To Make Celery Juice” video, enjoy!
Ingredients:
3-4 Celery Bunches
Strainer
1 Lemon
Chop the celery into small pieces (see picture for an example). Tip- Make sure to chop off the leafy stems at the top of the celery. Those stems create a bitter taste and we don’t want that!
Add 1/3 cup water to the blender along with the celery pieces.
Begin to blend. If your blender has the pulse options, use that. Pulsing is easier to blend the celery up. If the celery isn’t blending, add a little more water.
Strain the celery pulp out using a wire mesh strainer, a flour sack towel, or a nut bag. Then, get a spoon and push the celery juice down. This helps the process go faster.
Don’t forget to refrigerate the celery juice once you’re done.
TIP: Drink 8oz right when you wake up! It’s best to drink celery juice on an empty stomach for maximum health benefits.
